This is a very old, out of tune accordian (the tuning wavers way off key on the main notes as it plays). Sounds like space ambience/a sci-fi space station. Did this today while messing around in audacity. This sound was created by blowing into a microphone while slowly changing pitches. Afterwards i slowed down the sound, added the baseboost filter, and lowered the pitch of the sound. Feel free to use this with or without giving credit to me, i really don't care. It literally took me 2 minutes to make.
